About Your Guide

 I've spent years studying, preparing for, and helping people who are stuck, overwhelmed, and ready to make a change. With a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and a Clinical Residency, I utilize traditional and contemporary models to guide my clients as they pursue their goals. 

In 2011, I opened an international private practice, and I have helped hundreds of clients and colleagues. I did my first TEDx talk in 2018, and the more than 775,000 views have brought me many clients and speaking opportunities from around the world.

I know what it's like to prepare, perform, and have to face my own leg-shaking fears of being in front of an audience. I would love to help you turn your best intentions into meaningful results, whether you're speaking in front of an audience or pursuing  goals.
